Precautions of use

• Secondary creative activities should be carried out within the scope of your own responsibility

• Please respect the fan community and creators as well as the Content and the agents affiliated with the DDL.

• Please fully understand and comply with the terms and conditions, applicable laws and regulations, and other rules of the platform where you are using the secondary creation.

• Please note that this guideline does not apply to content that is used in its unaltered state, or content that is merely altered and lacks new creativity.

Use of Secondary creation by Doki Doki Live International

• When the secondary creation of the Contents is published, it is deemed that the user has agreed to allow the DDL and the third party designated by the DDL to use the work without any restrictions and free of charge.

• This term is valid for all secondary creations, regardless of whether or not tags related to the DDL are used when the work is published.

• Concrete ways of use include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Introducing or using the secondary creation in any other way, such as through live streaming or posting on SNS, without prior confirmation. In such cases, the work may be trimmed or otherwise edited while respecting its identity.

  •  To use the work for official commercialisation. In such cases, the management will consult with you in advance.

Prohibited acts

• Acts of fraud or threats against the DDL or other third parties.

• Acts that impersonate or misrepresent the DDL or other third parties.

• Acts of providing benefits to antisocial forces, etc.

• Any act that harms the dignity of the DDL , DDL -related persons, the Contents, or other third parties.

• Unauthorised commercial use (for commercial use, please obtain prior approval from the DDL).

• Any other actions that the DDL deems inappropriate.

Injunction of use

• In the event that a secondary user of the Content violates these Terms of Use, the secondary creator's license will be automatically terminated.

• The DDL may also terminate the permission at any time, regardless of the preceding paragraph, if it deems the use to be extremely inappropriate.

• The DDL shall not be liable for any damages arising from the termination of the derivative works based on this clause.

Disclaimer

The DDL assumes no responsibility for any problems that may arise from derivative works.

Revision of the guidelines

These guidelines are subject to change. The revised guidelines will become effective from the time they are posted, unless otherwise specified by this DDL . Please check this page each time to ensure that you understand the DDL guidelines. (Revised 2021 - 08 - 26)

はじめに

• DokiDokiLive（以下「DDL」と表記します。）の提供するコンテンツ（以下、「本コンテンツ」と表記します）は、著作権法その他の適用法令によって保護されています。

• しかしながらDDLでは、ファンやクリエイターの方々とともに、世界中のあらゆる人が「大好きなものをみつけて毎日幸せを感じられる」という世界を実現できればと考えております。

• そこで本コンテンツに関する二次創作について、本ガイドラインを策定いたしました。

• 本ガイドラインに則って二次創作を行っていただく範囲に限っては、それを許諾いたします。

利用のための注意

• 二次創作活動は、あくまでも自己責任の範囲内で行ってください。

• 本コンテンツやDDL所属のエージェントに限らず、ファンコミュニティ、クリエイターを尊重してください。

• 二次創作を利用されるプラットフォーム先の規約や適用される法令、その他規定を十分に理解し、遵守してください。

• なお本コンテンツを改変ない状態のまま利用するもの、及び単なる改変の域を出ないもの等の新規創作性に欠けるものは、本ガイドラインの適用とはなりませんのでご注意ください。

二次創作作品の利用

• 本コンテンツの二次創作作品はそれが公開された時点で、DDL 及びそれが指定した第三者が当該作品をなんら制限なくかつ無償で利用することに同意していただいたものとみなします。

• なお本項目は、当該作品公開の際にDDLに関連するタグが使用されているか否かによらず、全ての二次創作作品に対して有効なものとみなします

• 具体的な利用方法には以下を含みますが、これに限らないものとします。

• - 事前の確認なくライブ配信やSNS等において当該作品を紹介、またはその他の方法で利用すること。

• なおその際には、作品の同一性を尊重した上でにトリミング等の編集を施すことがあります。

• - 公式の商品化等に利用すること。なおその際には、運営より事前にご相談をさせていただきます。

禁止行為

• DDL又はその他の第三者に対する詐欺又は脅迫行為。

• DDL又はその他の第三者に成りすます、もしくは誤認される行為。

• 反社会的勢力等への利益供与行為。

• DDL、DDL関係者、本コンテンツ、もしくはその他第三者の品位を傷つける行為。

• 許可のない商用利用(商用に関しては、DDLより事前の承認を受けてください)。

• その他、DDLが不適切と判断する行為。

利用の差し止め

• 本コンテンツを二次利用される方が本規約に違反した場合、当該利用者への二次創作許諾は自動的に終了します。

• またその利用が著しく不適切と判断した場合、DDLは前項に関わらずいつでも許諾を終了させることができます。

• DDLは、本条項に基づいた二次創作物の終了によって発生したいかなる損害についても、一切責任を負いません。

免責
二次創作活動をめぐる何らかのトラブルに関してまして、DDLは一切の責任を負いかねます。

ガイドラインの改訂

• 本ガイドラインの内容は変更されることがあります。

• 変更後のガイドラインについては、DDLが別途定める場合を除いて、掲載した時から効力を生じるものとします。

• 本ページを都度ご確認の上、プロジェクトのガイドラインをご理解いただくようお願い致します。​
